The Cricklade Art Group has a wonderful reputation for exhibiting exciting, vibrant and thought-provoking artwork by local artists at its Exhibitions. Why not come and see for yourself because over the weekend of 19th and 20th November the art group will be holding its 10th Autumn Exhibition in the Cricklade Town Hall.
See artists, between 10am and 4pm, demonstrating their skills and possibly have a go. Take the opportunity to meet and talk to members of the art group and if you have been considering returning or taking up art, this is the perfect chance to consider whether joining the Cricklade Art Group is right for you.
New members are always welcome and joining the art group is easy - no interview or experience required – just come along to an exhibition, workshop or speak to Lynne Young, Membership Secretary, on 01793 750822. Membership costs remain very reasonable. The art group meets in the Cricklade Town Hall Annex on the third Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm. The Cricklade Art Group is proud to welcome beginners and very experienced and successful artists.
Most of the artwork is available to buy but don’t be disappointed to find a few pieces that are not. The exhibition is an opportunity for members to showcase their artwork. If an item is not for sale, this may be because it holds personal sentiments to the artist. There will be lots to see and buy including prints and cards too.
